If your travel agency serve small and medium sized businesses, or companies whose travel volume is too low to qualify for a negotiated corporate contract, we highly recommend that you introduce these customers to oneworld businessflyer™.

Once your travel agency has been registered as the preferred agent for a businessflyer customer, the oneworld airlines will load the special businessflyer fares into your CRS, and email you with details of the Corporate Code / Private Fare Codes under which you can find the fares. This will be done within 72 hours of registration.

Please note the following important rules concerning travel agency participation in businessflyer :

• Registration must always be made under your client's name, and should always include a contact person at that company.
• Travel agents cannot enrol themselves for businessflyer, as the discounts being offered are for the exclusive use of registered corporate clients.
• In order to be granted access to businessflyer fares, you need to be an IATA travel agent based in Germany.
• When a customer registers your agency to issue their businessflyer fares, it is essential that the travel agency registration form is completely filled out, including IATA # and CRS Pseudo City Code. Without this information, the oneworld airlines cannot load the businessflyer fares into your CRS.
• businessflyer fares may only be issued for customers who have registered you as their preferred travel agency. Regular audits of businessflyer revenue will be carried out. Any travel agency found to be issuing businessflyer fares to non-registered customers will have their access to the fares removed.

Round-the-World Fares

Our Round-the-World Fares cover nearly 700 destinations in almost 135 countries - the perfect solution for your clients, whether they are a globetrotting executive or adventurous travellers.

The oneworld Explorer offers your clients a flexible approach, numerous stopovers and great value. The fare is determined by the class of travel purchased and the number of oneworld continents visited. Your clients can also use our on-line Round-the-World Planner to plan a oneworld Explorer itinerary, which can then be emailed to your agency for ticketing.

NEW: On-line booking is now available to customers and, in order to make ticketing easier, to travel agents as well.

The Global Explorer is a Round-the-World product that includes the network of the one world partners and also that of Aer Lingus, Air Pacific, Alaska Airlines and Gulf Air. Fares are based on the mileage flown and the class of travel.
